A fire pit that becomes quite popular when the island is located close to the poles. The fire is always lit during the winter months, only at night during the milder seasons, and never during summer.

A large, maze-like forest with dirt paths early on that disappear further into the woods. The woods are unusually dark, no matter what the hour.

The inn at the edge of the world. Barter's Den offers comfort from the stiff sea nights, hot meals that could end up eating you if you wait long enough, and interesting twists on average bed-time stories.

What once was a very majestic, noble church for the Roman Catholic families now lays in disrepair. Ghosts are said to haunt the cathedral.
